Throughout her career, she has served as a trusted partner to enterprise-level healthcare executives navigating complex business challenges, including contract negotiation, compliance, and strategic planning.

Shannan now channels that experience into her work as a paralegal, where she supports legal teams through comprehensive research, case strategy development, and detailed fact-finding. She leverages her extensive contract experience to review and edit legal documents for accuracy, manage electronically stored information (ESI) for litigation readiness, and support the development of strong, well-documented cases.

Known for her analytical mindset, project management capabilities, and ability to perform under tight deadlines, Shannan delivers reliable and detail-oriented support to attorneys and legal teams.

 

  • Shannan holds a B.S. in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix (2007) and an Advanced Paralegal Certificate from Edmonds College (2025).
  • She is also a NALA Certified Paralegal (CP®) through the National Association of Legal Assistants. Established in 1976, the NALA Certified Paralegal program is a nationally recognized credential that requires either qualifying paralegal experience or completion of an advanced paralegal program, along with successful completion of a comprehensive two-part examination covering the United States legal system
  • In addition, Shannan holds COBOT certifications in Microsoft Word Excel, and PowerPoint, with specialized application in legal brief, contract and memo writing, legal worksheets, and professional legal presentations
